Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Reclass. By creating or using a workspace, the account owner agrees to them on behalf of the customer organization.

Last updated: 25 August 2026

The service

Reclass provides data import, identity matching, client timelines, evidence-backed AI profiles, drafts, team access, export, and related workspace tools. Integrations and historical coverage depend on third-party APIs and permissions.

Accounts and authority

You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and ensure that workspace owners and members are authorized to handle the uploaded data. The owner controls members, integrations, exports, billing, and workspace deletion.

Customer data

The customer retains rights in its data and authorizes Reclass and its service providers to process it only to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. The customer is responsible for notices, permissions, lawful collection, and instructions given to Reclass.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawfully obtained data, bypass access controls or limits, probe other workspaces, distribute malware, use the service for spam or unlawful discrimination, or connect accounts you are not authorized to control.

AI outputs

AI profiles and drafts may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed by a human. Reclass does not send messages automatically and does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

Trials, subscriptions and taxes

A trial starts on the first value action described in the product. Paid plans renew for the selected interval until canceled. Prices, limits, applicable taxes, renewal date, and cancellation options are shown before checkout and in the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Reclass available and secure, but third-party services, maintenance, and events outside reasonable control may interrupt access. We may change features to improve safety, comply with law, or maintain the service, while avoiding material reduction of paid functionality without notice where practical.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict access for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, or material breach. A canceled or expired workspace may become read-only so its owner can review or export data before deletion under the retention policy.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reclass is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party API changes, customer instructions, or actions taken solely from an unreviewed AI output. Rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.

Contact

Questions, complaints, or formal notices can be sent to legal@reclass.app and support@reclass.app. Customers that require negotiated enterprise terms or a signed DPA should contact us before processing regulated data.
