Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Reclass processes, why it is needed, and the choices available to account owners and data subjects.

Who is responsible
Reclass is the service operator. For privacy requests, contact privacy@reclass.app. A customer school remains responsible for deciding which client data it uploads and for having an appropriate legal basis to use that data.
Data we process
We process account details, workspace settings, billing and usage records, support requests, security logs, and the customer records a workspace imports from CRM systems, messengers, CSV files, and Notion.
Imported data may include names, contact identifiers, enrollment and payment context, message text, and activity history. Reclass does not intentionally require payment-card details; checkout is hosted by Stripe.
Purposes
We use data to provide the unified client base, match records, generate evidence-backed AI profiles and drafts, secure accounts, prevent abuse, provide support, measure product reliability, and administer subscriptions.
AI processing
Relevant workspace context may be sent to the configured AI provider to generate a profile or draft. Outputs are assistance for a human manager, are stored with evidence references and version history, and are not sent automatically to clients.
Service providers and transfers
Reclass uses infrastructure, database, AI, email, monitoring, and payment providers where configured. These providers process only the data needed for their function and may operate in other countries. Customers that require a signed data-processing agreement can contact privacy@reclass.app.
Retention and deletion
Workspace owners configure raw-payload retention, can export workspace data, and can request or perform workspace deletion. Security, billing, tax, and audit records may be retained when required for legitimate security or legal obligations. Backups expire according to the operational retention schedule.
Security
Reclass uses encrypted transport, encrypted connector secrets, tenant isolation, access roles, audit records, rate limits, and restricted production access. No online service can guarantee absolute security; suspected incidents should be reported to security@reclass.app.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, a person may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. Client-data requests should normally be directed to the school that controls the workspace; Reclass will assist the school where appropriate.
Children and family accounts
A school must not enable adult-only automatic matching if its data includes minors, guardians, shared payers, or family contact details. Such workspaces require an appropriate relationship model and additional review before import.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be reflected on this page. Questions or requests can be sent to privacy@reclass.app or support@reclass.app.
